About Us

Heartopia Guide (heartopiaguide.net) is an unofficial guide site built by Heartopia players โ€” an automated data pipeline takes the "daily intel means digging through ten forum threads" problem off your hands, while the deep guides on fishing, decorating and making money do the heavy lifting.

Mission

The Problem We Solve

Heartopia's daily intel (codes, weather, resource spots) is scattered across different TapTap forum threads โ€” players scroll through pages of replies every day just to piece together "what should I do today". This site aggregates it all into a live at-a-glance panel that updates itself daily, readable in the 30 seconds before you log in; alongside it sit deep tools like the fishing encyclopedia and home template library, so one lookup is all you need.

7 times daily๐Ÿ”„

Intel Updates Itself

The pipeline runs seven times a day at 06:10 / 11:40 / 18:10 / 18:40 / 19:40 / 21:10 / 23:30 (Beijing time), scraping codes live the moment they drop.

Multi-sourceโœ…

Cross-Verification

Multiple community sources are scraped in parallel; only codes matched across sources earn the "verified" tag. Bad data never overwrites good data.

4 languages๐ŸŒ

ไธญๆ–‡ / English / ๆ—ฅๆœฌ่ชž / ํ•œ๊ตญ์–ด

Every page ships in all four languages, so overseas Heartopia players get the same smooth experience.

Transparent๐Ÿ”

Traceable Data

Every intel page carries a status bar: data date, update time and source threads โ€” judge the credibility yourself.

Data sources

Where the Data Comes From

Site content falls into two kinds โ€” live intel and guide content โ€” with different sources and verification:

ContentSourceVerification
๐ŸŽ Daily codesPinned code comments (via the comment API) in TapTap community daily-update threads + official forum postsCross-verified across multiple sources; comment timestamps pin the exact day
๐Ÿ“… Weather calendarThe game's official fixed schedule + community weather-report threadsPipeline-checked day by day; forecasts compared against actual weather and corrected
๐Ÿงบ Daily resource spotsCommunity daily guide threads (Yo-yo Oak / Flawless Fluorite locations)Scraped from the same threads as the codes, verified from the same sources
๐ŸŽฃ Fishing encyclopediaIn-game encyclopedia + cross-compiled community guidesAppearance conditions and prices defer to the in-game encyclopedia
๐Ÿ  Home templatesReal Bilibili / TapTap community tutorialsEvery template links to its original post โ€” jump over and build along
๐Ÿ“– Guide contentHands-on playtesting + curated community knowledgeCommunity consensus and pending-verification items are flagged; revisions are ongoing
โš–๏ธ Data boundaries โ€” All game data here comes from public communities and in-game content; what you see in-game is always the final word. Game updates can leave individual entries lagging โ€” if you spot a mismatch, send feedback and we'll fix it fast.
How it updates

The Update Cadence at a Glance

Morning6

๐ŸŒ… 06:10 ยท Resource spots go live After the 06:00 in-game refresh

Yo-yo Oak / Flawless Fluorite refresh in-game at 06:00; the pipeline picks up the community-reported spots at 06:10, so early birds see them before logging in.

Midday12

๐ŸŒค๏ธ 11:40 ยท Midday check Catch-up scraping + corrections

The midday run catches anything the morning missed and compares the weather forecast against what actually happened โ€” the calendar gets sharper every day.

Evening6

๐ŸŽ 18:10 / 18:40 / 19:40 / 21:10 ยท Code scrapes Live the moment codes drop

Daily codes drop around 18:00; the pipeline's first scrape runs at 18:10, with 18:40 / 19:40 / 21:10 as three safety nets โ€” even if the code post runs an hour or two late, the page has it that evening.

Night11

๐ŸŒ™ 23:30 ยท End-of-day sweep Same-day completeness check

The late-night run is the final safety net: anything still missing gets filled in, and the day's data is archived for the historical record.

Who Keeps This Handbook Running

Webmaster๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŒพ

Just a regular Heartopia player

The site is maintained by one person โ€” a player who, like you, had to dig through forum threads every day for codes and weather, and decided to automate the chore. Handy for the writer, open to everyone.

7 runs daily๐Ÿ”„

The Data-Maintenance Promise

Seven automated runs a day plus manual review: every code is attributed to its exact post date, weather forecasts are checked against the actual schedule daily, and confirmed errors are fixed within 48 hours.

How the Guides Are Written

Every conclusion is verified on a real account before it reaches a page; community content is always credited with a link to the original post; anything uncertain is flagged as pending verification โ€” never guessed.

๐Ÿ“ฎ Contact the webmaster โ€” data corrections, content suggestions and partnership ideas are all welcome at [email protected]; replies usually within 48 hours.

What's this site's relationship with the game's officials?
None. Heartopia Guide is a fan-built, unofficial community project with no affiliation or partnership with the game's developer XD Inc. or its publisher. The Heartopia name and all game assets belong to their original owners; this site only organizes guide-style write-ups within the bounds of fair quotation.
How is the site kept running?
Google AdSense display ads cover the domain and hosting costs โ€” no paywall, no membership, every tool is free to use. How ad cookies are handled is explained in the privacy policy.
How do I report a data error?
If any page disagrees with what you see in-game (fish prices, appearance conditions, codes and so on), leave a correction under the source TapTap thread linked on that page, or email [email protected] directly โ€” community feedback is a major channel for our revisions. The manually corrected entries in the weather calendar also come from player reports.
Why is it called a "handbook"?
The site's Chinese name (ๅฐ้•‡ๆ”ป็•ฅๆ‰‹่ดฆ๏ผŒ "town guide handbook") borrows the image of the notebook a player carries around. We want this site to feel like a game handbook that writes itself for you every day โ€” what to claim, what to catch, what to stock. Open it and the answers are right there.
